Sadly after paying for next day delivery our confirmation email received after paying confirmed they couldn’t deliver until the following week. This was done by email so then had to spend 20 minutes on the phone to get it put right and refund the next day delivery charge.The Black Friday discount also wasn’t applied so had to phone back for a 2nd time to get this added. What should of been an easy transaction took over and an hour to sort
