I ordered an iPad and Apple Pencil for next day delivery. The iPad was delivered in a disgusting state the box was damaged and there were black and brown marks all over it. Also, the Apple pen was missing from my order. I phoned customer services and they are refusing to exchange the iPad or refund me back my money as they had to open an investigation into the missing Apple pen.
