We recently ordered a Sony Bravia TV from Lakeside Curry's and would like to thanks them for their exemplary service. We ordered another product the same week from John Lewis and it has turned into a disaster. On delivery the induction hob was smashed- 8 days later we still don't have the refund or a cooker- shocking performance compared to Currys. Usually you think big organisations like Currys and John Lewis don't particularly care and that is the case with John Lewis, they have palmed us off to various different overseas compliants departments.On the other hand must give credit to Curry's and in particular Barry Doyle from the business hub in Lakeside who stuck with the problem and took ownership and resolved it within 48 hours.
