I ordered my 43 inch LG TV online using click and collect. I received an email from Curry’s almost immediately to say that my local store (Fosse-Park Leicester) was preparing my item, and then another one just twenty minutes later to say that it was ready to collect. On arrival at the store, the staff were really welcoming and processed my purchase quickly using the code on the email I had received. My box was quite large so the staff member offered to carry it to my car, even before I could ask for help. Fantastic customer service! The TV itself was really well packed, and the illustrated instructions for its set-up were clear to follow. Once set up, the picture quality was amazing, and the extra features were really impressive for the cost of the item, which in my opinion represented really good value for money. A great buying experience.
