I bought two electric blankets in Feb 2025 that have both stopped working. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get currys to do something about it.I've been passed to several different departments on the phone, who all insist it's another departments problem. The online orders department even arranged for me to return the blankets. I was waiting for DPD to collect them and I got an email to say the collection had been cancelled. They keep referring me to the manufacturer, but currys are responsible for the first year. It really seems like I'm just being messed about in the hope that I give up!
