Bad customer service in northwich store. Waited 10 mins at collection point with other customer . No staff could be found eventually had to shout politely into the store if the was anyone who would like to serve customers. Eventually a young scruffy lad attended and had difficulty finding my pre paid order. No aplogy left store and will order elsewhere next time
