It was a dreadful experience. After paying for my item, I was told that you don't have it & go and pick it up from another branch.Or you'd just send it to me.Unbelievable. No apology. Infact quite rude. I actually had to ask if a refund was possible..Terrible service, rude & clueless staffRegards Alistair
