The gentleman in the shop were very helpful and arranged our delivery ( we thought!) For today Tuesday. My husband received a text to say it would be delivered between 7am -10.45. When our washing machine didn’t arrive we contacted the store to be told it’s coming Sunday!!! My husband was so cross he went the store to complain but couldn’t change the delivery date! Having got up before 7 am feeling a bit poorly he was very cross! Unfortunately I am very unwell at present and have loads of washing! Other folk have stepped in to help but that’s not the point! Why send the text in the first place! This is extremely bad from the delivery people and not the fault of the gentleman in the store. We have been offered a refund in the delivery charge but to be far I don’t think this is enough. Sorry but I am very disappointed.
