Terrible customer service

I purchased integrated fridge freezer and paid to have installed next morning al food defrosted nit working i called 9am currys spoke to 3 people eventually and girl called manage said she arrange someone to come look at it i went on chat at 330pm as I hadn't received email they cut me off at 515pm going round circles they wanted me to call a number which I did it was wrong number once I got correct number they where closed I have now decided I want a refund but I have to call manufacturer to get an uplift number then go back to currys also I have over £100 food destroyed i have taken photo but they only compensate up to £29.50 i will never purchase large item from currys thete not interested one item bought customer service chat and phone are hopless once currys came to collect freezer guys were horrified the freezer was all broke damaged which they say must have been there colleagues who installed it we would never have known this if we had kept the item
