Appalling! £600 taken with no order & no help.

I used 4 Currys vouchers (totalling nearly £600) to buy a new TV. I entered all the voucher details at checkout, but the website suddenly threw up an error. Despite this, the full amount was taken from all four vouchers and I was left with no order and no confirmation.I called customer service straight away and was told there was nothing they could do and that it had to be passed to “another department” within Currys. When I asked to raise a complaint, I was told I couldn’t do that either, as they don't have a complaints procedure. I also asked to speak with a manager and was told that it wasn’t possible. I was also told that if the TV price goes up, they will not honour the price I tried to buy atThe level of support has been absolutely shocking. As of right now, nearly £600 of my voucher balance has been taken, and I have no product and no resolution.Right now, Currys are holding the balance from multiple gift cards with nothing to show for it, no guarantee I’ll get the TV at the same price, and no proper way to complain. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in ordering from Currys, and I would warn others to be very careful when ordering from them.I expect this to be resolved immediately, and I’m incredibly disappointed by how difficult it has been to get even basic help. I will not be using Currys again after this experience.Update: I spoke to someone on Live Chat last night and have never felt so belittled or misled by customer service. The adviser was rude, repeatedly asking “do you want your money back or not?” and completely ignored the concerns I raised. They refused to open a complaint or give me a complaint reference number, then contradicted themselves by first claiming a complaint had already been raised and, a few minutes later, asking if they could raise one.This morning I called Currys and was told I just have to wait and that there is nothing more that can be done, with no complaints process I can escalate to. I don’t feel like anything is actually being done in the background. If they have already taken the money, I do not understand why I am being made to wait for the cards to be “reloaded” instead of them simply processing the order for me. At this point I have no confidence that anyone is really trying to resolve this or that I will even get my money back.I have spoke to a manager on the phone this morning and the experience was even worse. She was extremely rude, kept putting me on mute and ignoring everything I said, to the point where I thought I had been cut off. When she finally came back, she actually said “why should I bother replying to you when I have to repeat myself and your points are not valid”. This is not acceptable behaviour from anyone, let alone a manager.
