We did click and collect and went to the shop once we had the text to say our purchase was ready to collect. The queue was ridiculous, on a busy Saturday there was only one member of staff serving both collections and purchases. We queued for about 25mins, other people in the queue were getting frustrated with the assistant and the time it was taking, especially where there were queries. This was a badly managed situation which was not the fault of the assistant who was doing her best.
