Purchased a mobile phone on the flexpay account. Communication was good. Chose to have phone delivered to my home between 12-5 pm. Received an email from courier company early morning to say my phone would be delivered 5-6pm(after the time I had chosen to have it delivered). It finally turned up at 6.09 pm and upon opening was the wrong colour - not the colour I had chosen. After checking the companies website I discovered the one I ordered was out of stock but there was no explanation of this with the package. I decided to keep the phone anyway as the mobile it was replacing was faulty so I needed a phone pretty quick and I wasn't sure how long the colour I originally ordered would take to come back into stock. Still in the process of setting phone up but it seems to be everything I require.
