My package arrived badly wrapped and battered - like it’d been dropped and thrown multiple times. It was a switch 2 - at £400+ I’d expect it to be packaged in more than a plastic bag! I contacted customer service and got put through to an advisor who was completely unhelpful and barely spoke English / was reading from a script. I now have to travel to a shop to get this resolved myself as I don’t trust the console to be in a good condition.
