Could have been a nightmare if I didn’t look in the box. I wanted a certain camera that came with 2 lenses it was £600 online so I went to my nearest shop and said what I wanted the young man went and got me the camera and charged me £528, I asked was there a discount for coming to store as it was cheaper than I thought and he said yes, so I payed and he carried the box to the front counter to take a security tag off and I thought to myself the box looks small for the bundle I wanted so I opened it and luckily I did because the box was empty, (good job I checked before leaving the store) I told the cashier and I said about the bundle I wanted and he went and came back with a larger box with everything I wanted and had to charge me the difference. Always check the box.
