What went wrong? It's easier to list what went right! I ordered three items (two in one order and one separately). The solo item was scheduled for a specific delivery day, but it never arrived! I apparently missed the delivery. The next day, a different driver, who seemed more dedicated, finally delivered it. The two-item order was inexplicably split into two deliveries on the same day—one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. The morning delivery was perfect, thanks to another caring driver. However, the afternoon delivery turned out to be another missed opportunity. Now, I’m trying to cancel the item since I have to collect it myself. Why would I request delivery if I end up having to pick it up? I would have rated you higher if the service had at least managed to deliver it a day later. It’s disappointing to have relied on this service!
