I ordered a dishwasher online on 27th November. When I tried to install it on 4th December, it was discovered to be defective. We haven't even had the chance to use it. Instead of providing an immediate refund or replacement, I was directed to contact the manufacturer for repairs. They were unable to fix it, and I incurred a £119 callout fee. I'm still waiting for a confirmation regarding a refund or replacement from the company. All I've been told is that my case has been escalated. It seems the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is not applicable for customers purchasing from this seller.
