I placed an order for a washer dryer and fridge freezer on 23rd November, expecting delivery on 4th December along with removal of my old appliances. While I received multiple emails congratulating me on my purchase, there was no confirmation about the delivery date. When I called the day before to confirm, I was told they had been trying to reach me on an outdated number, even though they had my current contact information. The delivery was postponed to 8th December, but the installer refused to complete the job as agreed. I was instructed to call the service to rearrange and was told to call back after 6:00 PM when the system would be updated. At 5:00 PM, I received a text apologizing for the delay, stating the new delivery would be on 15th December. This means over 21 days since I placed my order, and I am reluctant to risk another failure with the removal and installation. When I called back after 6:00 PM to cancel, I was told to call again the next day as the system still wasn’t updated. I called again this morning and later at 6:20 PM, only to be informed that I still couldn't cancel. Meanwhile, I received an email indicating a direct debit payment would be taken on 22/12. I cannot afford to order from another supplier until I know this order is canceled. I have taken time off work for this delivery and made 7 calls with no resolution. I requested a call back, but was told it wasn’t possible, and I was informed there’s no address for customer complaints, which is why I’m leaving this review. This service is appallingly inadequate, and I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give zero.
