I am very troubled and shocked by the level of customer service I encountered. My father's oven and grill have yet to arrive, and at 87 years old, he only has a hob to cook with. There was an initial issue, but I received an email from the company stating they would reach out if there were delivery problems. I never heard back, so I assumed everything was fine. It wasn't until I tried to add installation that I discovered the order number was unrecognized. After navigating numerous automated options, I finally spoke to a representative on my third attempt. I was assured that a manager would call me two days in a row, but I never received a call. They couldn't even confirm if a refund was issued since my father doesn't use online banking and can't check. Update on December 10: I sent an initial email regarding my father's order number over 12 hours ago, and another day has passed with no response. I will not be purchasing from this company again, and I feel powerless to report my experience.
