I ordered a product on Sunday, December 7th, and was informed it would arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday. However, when I visited the following Thursday, December 11th, I was told it had been ordered but not dispatched. I was then told it might arrive the next Sunday, December 14th, or Thursday, December 16th. Later, I learned there were 150 units in the warehouse, but the assistant suggested checking for one closer. I refuse to travel far for it. When I finally pick it up, I plan to discuss a refund for the long wait with the manager. This has happened before, so I won't be purchasing from this service again.
