I placed an order over a month ago, but it was immediately cancelled and I have yet to receive a refund. I've had to call the support team three times, each call lasting over 30 minutes, with a two-week gap between them, all in an effort to get my refund processed, but to no avail. During the last call, a manager proposed a physical gift card, which will take another two weeks to arrive. This solution, offered after multiple failures, has caused me to miss important sales periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and likely Boxing Day. I've spent a lot of time on this issue and received no substantial compensation for the inconvenience, just an insincere apology. Their approach to resolving this situation has made me hesitant to recommend or use their services again.
