I just returned from a visit to a local store feeling very dissatisfied. I waited for 45 minutes for assistance, during which a staff member was dismissive and kept saying someone would come to help, but no one did. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I approached her while she was distracted on her phone. She rudely directed me to another retailer, showing no concern for my situation. I ended up purchasing my TV elsewhere, where the service was significantly better. I would not recommend visiting this location; the experience was unacceptable.
