I visited to purchase a product and sought assistance from a colleague to buy an iPhone, which was £50 cheaper than at the official store. Although it felt off, it was indeed true. Unfortunately, the staff were not helpful at all, so I ended up leaving and purchasing at full price from the official store instead. This was at a location in Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, and I found all the staff there to be similarly unhelpful. I appreciate the official store, and I will be returning to spend my money there again.
