I have been with the repair policy since 2018. A couple of years after signing up, some drawers in my fridge freezer broke. I contacted the service, and they promptly sent replacements within a week. It was great! However, things have changed. I haven't received any notifications about policy updates, but apparently, there have been changes. A few weeks ago, I called to request new drawers again and was given a number for spare parts, only to be told to purchase them myself and that I would be reimbursed later. Unfortunately, I am now £190 out of pocket and was informed that this is no longer covered under my policy. I will not be renewing this coverage!
