I ordered two computer keyboards for collection at the store on December 3, 2025. I received an email stating that I could collect them on Friday the 5th. However, on Monday the 8th, after reaching out through phone and web chat, I was told to wait another 24 to 48 hours because my items had been picked up by the courier and were en route to the store, with my order being prioritized. When I called again on December 10th, I was informed that the order was still on its way and to be patient. Today, December 16th, I called once more and was told that the courier had not picked up the items, only data had been sent, and my order was lost. Now, there's no stock available, and I will have to wait 14 days for a refund. There was no communication to keep me informed throughout this ordeal; a simple email could have managed my expectations. Unfortunately, there were no updates, and I had to reach out multiple times just to get information. This experience has made me hesitant to order from this service again, and I will likely turn to another platform.
