It took over an hour on the online chat to arrange a return, and I was disconnected twice for no apparent reason, forcing me to repeat my situation multiple times. I was informed that the controller would be picked up around 1 or 2 PM, but the representative wouldn't clarify if it was a time slot or an all-day window, merely stating that I should wait for an email within 24 hours. At 11:59 PM, I received an email indicating that a pickup was scheduled for the next day with an all-day window. There was no prior discussion about whether anyone would be home, considering potential appointments or obligations. I received just over 9 hours' notice for an 8-hour window (9 AM to 5 PM), and no one will be available until after 11:30 AM. I'm appalled at the condition it arrived in; I didn't even open the box to inspect the controller as I didn't want to take the risk. The advisor was aware it would be an all-day window, and receiving an email at that hour is completely unacceptable. Plus, let's not forget the usual 5-7 days for a refund. I used to think highly of this company, but after this experience, I'm hesitant to make future purchases.
