I reached out to customer support to reschedule, hoping for priority treatment. I was mistaken! Now I have to wait another week, which is far from ideal with kids at home. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told to wait 72 hours, and they couldn't resolve the issue either. I also inquired about a complaints department, only to be told there wasn't one. I highly recommend seeking services elsewhere due to the appalling customer service. Once they have your payment, they seem indifferent. Update: Don't be misled by the automated response I received regarding this review! I provided all necessary details this morning and haven't heard a thing!
