I feel compelled to share another review about the dreadful customer service. I am still awaiting a response regarding our soundbar and subwoofer, which have been missing since we returned it damaged on December 1st. Fortunately, we didn't pay for it in full; otherwise, we would be forced to pursue a claim for our refund! The treatment of customers is unacceptable! In response to your reply, I have sent multiple emails!
