I ordered a printer and was informed it would be ready for pickup in 3 to 5 business days. However, it's now been 30 days, and I'm still waiting. I've reached out to customer support several times, but they haven't taken any action to fix the problem. Instead of assisting me, they suggested I drive 100 miles to another location to collect it myself—unbelievable! The lack of communication and concern for customers is appalling. If you're considering a purchase, don't believe them when they say it will be available soon. Make sure to request a replacement guarantee, or better yet, shop somewhere else. The service has been extremely disappointing and not worth the trouble.
