I am very dissatisfied with the after-purchase support I received. I bought a product online on 21st November, realized it wasn't the right one, and contacted the company immediately. The return was collected on 22nd November, yet over a month later, I still have no update regarding my refund.
Despite numerous attempts to seek answers, neither the support team nor the complaints department has been helpful. I was repeatedly promised that the refund would be processed within 7–14 days, which clearly has not happened.
What adds to my frustration is that I went ahead and purchased the correct product from the company on 23rd November, trusting that my refund was being processed. Instead, I have been left to chase updates with no resolution and no accountability from the company.
This level of after-sales service is absolutely unacceptable. I expected much better from a major retailer, and this experience has severely shaken my confidence in their customer care.
