I purchased a product from a local store, but when I went to use it later, I found that two parts were missing. I contacted customer service and was informed that the store would call me within 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue, but I never received a call. Instead, I got a message suggesting I email them for assistance, yet I received no response. After calling again, I was given the same information and still no call back. By this point, I was quite frustrated. I called a third time and was told I needed to contact the manufacturer myself, which I believe is not my responsibility. I explained that I didn't want a refund, just for the product to function as intended. I've now requested a call from the manager of the support center, so I hope that yields a resolution. I cannot recommend this service to anyone; they seem to care only about getting your money and not about customer satisfaction.
