3 different customer care representatives and all told different stories non wanted to listen.
Basically told irrespective of whether id paid for next day delivery and had no communication from anyone on the delay that id just have to wait even though i pointed out i wouldnt be at home for the delivery now as id be at work thats why i went for next day service.
Had delivery charge refunded and compensated for delay helped non at all as DPD stated they still hadn’t received the item from currys yet i was told they had by currys.
Item is now classed as lost in transit as the DPD driver dumped it on my Neighbours door £180 worth of earbuds just left on a step no chap at the door nothing.
So now i have to wait on an investigation so i can get refunded for an item ive not received.
Then i can reorder and hopefully get them in my selected delivery day this time with no problems.
Last Representative i spoke to from currys flexpay was the most helpful and informative staff member and is the one that has actually pushed to get things moving so i can get my item.
