Ordered an Apple watch at the start of January and I received a fake plastic copy, so I arranged a return and exchange, a month later and still no update on an exchange. All I get from customer service is that it hasn’t been scanned into the warehouse and that they’ll escalate it for me.. so basically an employee at curry’s stole the Apple Watch and when it returned to the warehouse they either binned the return or stole the rest so they could profit themselves..
I still have the serial number of the watch though so I’ll be involving the police with this matter after I get my refund.
