The worse service I’ve ever received.
I bought an item under 12 months ago, that had overheating issues from the start, curry’s wouldn’t return it to I carried on with it until it eventually completely failed and and caught fire. I spent 5 different attempts speaking to customer service to resolve this issues and get a refund and had the worse service ever, the first agent said that they will be in touch via email, but the email he gave me was fake and not real, the 2nd and 3rd agent both confirmed it was fake and raised a complaint for me of which I never heard back, the 4th agent said it was raised to a level 2 complaint and they would email within 48 hours, that was over 5 days ago so finally I asked again today and they said they will email soon. Completely disgusting service, the agent where rude and not help and I have an item that almost causes serious harm and almost zero acknowledge of it, all I want is my refund, curry’s should be ashamed of there action and there management team should resign as they clearly are not fit for purpose
