My final review.
This has been an ongoing nightmare since December 24th, with absolutely no meaningful progress or resolution. Currys’ handling of this has been disgraceful and, frankly, shocking.
I was mis-sold, given virtually no support, and subjected to what feels like outdated, borderline unethical sales and customer service practices. The incompetence, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for the customer has been staggering.
This is, without question, the worst customer experience I have ever had. I will never use Currys again, and I will actively warn others to avoid this company.
