Dear Curry’s UK,
Thank you for contacting me regarding my complaint about my missing online order.
I have lost count of, between contacts with my local store and your many remote agents, the number of times that I have been required to give the same information. The order number I have quoted on every contact both in-store and with your online agents is (CUR2673376972) along with my name, address and telephone number. This order was placed on 21 January 2026, is a 2 part order and only 1 of the parts was delivered.
As a valued customer (Curry’s own opinion of me), I am extremely annoyed and not a little disappointed with the lack of interaction between the different departments of Curry’s UK who seem incapable of resolving what should have been a simple refund situation due to non delivery of an ordered item, without continually requesting the same information about me and about my order which I give every time and anyway is already on file.
That being so, if, with the information you already have regarding my refund, Curry's UK find it cannot issue a refund, then I withdraw my request entirely.
Quite frankly, I have had enough of this long running saga and this experience is making it difficult for me to choose Curry’s UK for any future purchases.
