Shocking service from such a well known brand. It seems they try not to refund you if you can't collect a click and collect order, and hope you don't notice.
I was unable to collect a click and collect order of a dishwasher. Currys have still not refunded me after about 3 months. I have contacted them 4 times, and twice have been told it's been escalated and I will hear back within 48 hours, which of course doesn't happen.
I'll have to look into what the legal route is, as there must be a breach of contract somewhere.
