I bought a monitor at the beginning of the year, January 8th. Recently it became faulty and because it's over 30 days since date of purchase, they keep trying to fob me off to the manufacturer when it is their legal right under the consumer act to repair/replace the device. Not only did online agents keep trying to tell me to go to manufacturer after calling the repair team, they told me to in store. Not only did they not even plug it in, they did the exact same thing as the Web team! Told me to reach out to the manufacturer. I then called repair team again later, who now say the store is in the wrong and to go back AGAIN. A bunch of hassle that is not needed.
