The back light has gone on our TV that we bought approximately 2 years ago, we called to the Curry's care team, went through all their diagnostics and got the TV in for repair, approximately six days later the TV is returned supposedly repaired. The chap returning it, even joked that when a back light goes it's virtually impossible to fix and he expects to see us in a couple of weeks. Fast forward two weeks and the TV is gone again. I call up Curry's care, explain the situation, I give her the reference number from the last repair. She wants to go through the exact same diagnostics that didn't fix it last time. I explain that that isn't possible as the TV is unplugged and removed from the room (It is not a small TV) hearing this she absolutely refuses to help or book the TV in for repair, talks over me, is very very rude and dismissive..... Even if I could switch the TV on, the back light is gone. It's impossible to see the screen to do anything..... The repair service is something we pay for, so when we request a repair it should be an effortless process.....
