Would have given 5 stars if I'd just been able to deal with Vicki and staff in Currys, Llandudno.
Helpful and went beyond to help me with a problem caused by their customer services.
Customer services are unhelpful and ignorant.
Definitely caused the problems and kept making things worse.
Fantastic in the Llandudno shop but badly let down by their own Customer Services.
Dealing with them was very stressful for me and went on for several day.
