A sales assistant by the name of Jake gave outstanding customer service. Jake went above and beyond from start to finish, he wasn't at all pushy or just wanting a sale and took the time to give me answers about the products and their availability. I came to purchase a new shark hoover, Jake asked why in particular that make. I explained i was having problems with the one I already had and I needed a replacement. Jake looked up the purchase and found it was within my 5 year guarantee, he advised me to return this to the store. I was given a credit note to the value I'd originally paid to put towards a new hoover. Had Jake not been as helpful it would have cost me so much more. Well done and thanks Jake, I feel you should be recognized for your professional approach and customer service.
