Terrible experience with their customer service and delivery partner DPD. No answers as to why their delivery partner skipped us twice despite promise of next day delivery and simply fobbed a £10 voucher my way unprompted which can only be taken as a "go away" token. Shocking customer service during these issues as well.
Remember: it is not the customers job to try and sort out issues with delivery partners. It is between the company who sold the goods and the delivery company.
