Went in to get an USBc to AUX adapter, looked around for a couple minutes before asking a girl on the floor, she had no clue what i was talking about and asked Chloe on the til who was confrontational from the outset continuing to interupt me when i tried to explain and look up the product to show her as she was clearly confused and nope kept telling me to go to a *car shop* despite me telling her headphones need them also and she had no idea what i was talking about, I wanted to leave but my partner asked their manager who was absolutely lovely showed us exactly where they were.
