We initially valued the kindness and enthusiasm from the team, which is why we chose this company. When the project costs escalated, I was open to various alternatives, including scaling down or postponing. The issue arose when, after proposing a flexible plan, we received no further communication. I would prefer to resolve this privately via email, as I genuinely value the effort put into the designs. My hope is to work together moving forward. If we can reconnect directly, I would gladly update or remove this review. My primary goal is to find the next steps for our dogs. Thank you for your attention. Our nonprofit reached out for custom kennel covers to support our rescued dogs. Initially, we had great communication with the sales team, which made us confident in proceeding. However, all communication abruptly ceased on October 3, and our follow-ups went unanswered for two months. A simple acknowledgment would have sufficed. This lack of professionalism has left our dogs without necessary protection during the cold months, highlighting a serious disregard for our needs. This experience is disappointing, especially for a nonprofit dedicated to vulnerable animals. I’m grateful for the early realization of the company’s true nature.
