We understand that businesses can get busy or situations can change. A simple note stating, “we’re unable to take on this project” would have sufficed. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication after extensive information gathering and design requests. We relied on the company's commitment and delayed reaching out to other vendors. Consequently, our dogs are left without the necessary coverage during the coldest months, all due to a lack of communication from a company we trusted.
