The website is very user-friendly, which made ordering the curtains we needed very simple. We received our order in a timely manner - at least, most of it. We were missing a few strips and it took a bit of back and forth to get the remainder of our order. BUT! We did indeed get the remaining strips. Customer service was friendly. The curtains are good quality, easy to put together/install, and look & work great.
