I am really let down by the service, having ordered a pair of curtains on December 3rd with an expected delivery for Christmas. It's now past Christmas, and I'm only receiving automated responses. On December 22nd, I was informed they were still being made, with Christmas delivery expected, but on the 23rd, I was told it was being escalated since the last dispatch date was the 22nd. Why was it not escalated sooner? I just want my money back and will be ordering from a local seller.
