I decided to order custom curtains from this service and install them myself after a previous sizing error with another seller. I took a leap of faith based on the online image, and my curtains arrived a few days ago—they are absolutely perfect! The texture is lovely, and they look quite luxurious. Extremely let down by the service

I am really let down by the service, having ordered a pair of curtains on December 3rd with an expected delivery for Christmas. It's now past Christmas, and I'm only receiving automated responses. On December 22nd, I was informed they were still being made, with Christmas delivery expected, but on the 23rd, I was told it was being escalated since the last dispatch date was the 22nd. Why was it not escalated sooner? I just want my money back and will be ordering from a local seller.

Disappointing quality control

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I placed two separate orders, and both arrived faulty and unusable. The blind came with bent metal, rendering it impossible to hang, while the curtains were missing the necessary hooks. These are not minor errors; they are fundamental manufacturing flaws that should never pass quality inspection. Having both orders arrive faulty reflects a serious lack of quality assurance. It's frustrating to wait for custom items only to receive unusable products. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Seems many are facing similar issues

It appears many are in the same situation! I ordered two sets of curtains and two sets of blinds with a 10-14 day lead time, only to find out after a month that my fabric is out of stock until April 2026 (ordered in November for Christmas!). I received a parcel claiming to be my full order, but it only contained the two sets of blinds. My curtains cost over £1000 and supposedly have been delivered, but how is that possible when there was no fabric last week? The photo I sent clearly shows only blinds, and they seem clueless about my curtains. I would advise against ordering from here. I'm trying to get my money back and will look elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service

This is an absolutely terrible service. They advertise speed and efficiency along with affordable products, but don’t be deceived. The communication is atrocious, and a salesperson misled me over the phone, resulting in weeks of delayed delivery. Additionally, the curtains arrived without hooks, despite being assured they would be included.

Frustrating delivery issues

I just spoke with the service regarding delivery issues. Since they switched to a call center and are no longer a UK company, it seems everything is made in China. I have a delivery problem that they keep updating via email, which is inadequate. It's nearing Christmas, and I ordered well in advance, expecting them to arrive in a few days. I had blinds done elsewhere with excellent service and quick responses. This service is lacking, and I’m uncertain if my curtains have even been made. I paid over £250 and am still waiting. A discount would be expected due to the delay and anxiety caused by having to keep calling.

Late dispatch and poor communication

I recently followed up on my order and discovered it won't be dispatched until January 12th. I had no updates until I inquired. I ordered during the Black Friday sale, expecting delivery before Christmas. Now, I'm facing my first Christmas in my new home without curtains—fantastic!

Lack of customer support

I ordered my curtains on November 24th with a 10-12 day lead time. Communicating with the company has been impossible; the chat bot was of no help, and when I finally reached an agent, I was told no managers were available. I even questioned if I was speaking to a human or still a bot. I called customer support three times, waiting nearly two hours on each occasion, only to be cut off. I opted for a callback, but that never happened. My order hasn’t arrived, and I have no idea when it will. I will review the curtains honestly once they arrive, but dealing with this company is impossible—there's no customer care at all.

Issues with sample orders

I ordered samples during the Black Friday sale, but they arrived after the sale ended. The website and a staff member assured me they would honor the sale price at the time of ordering. When I called to ask how to proceed, I was given a sales email and requested quotes based on Black Friday prices for four different fabrics. The initial response was quick but escalated without further communication. After emailing twice with no response, I called again, but the staff member seemed uninformed and kept discussing a 'goodwill discount.' I reiterated how the website states they would honor the discount. Eventually, she offered a 15% discount as goodwill, which is unacceptable since the Black Friday discount was significantly higher. She didn’t even know what the original discount was—very poor service!
