I ordered my curtains on November 24th with a 10-12 day lead time. Communicating with the company has been impossible; the chat bot was of no help, and when I finally reached an agent, I was told no managers were available. I even questioned if I was speaking to a human or still a bot. I called customer support three times, waiting nearly two hours on each occasion, only to be cut off. I opted for a callback, but that never happened. My order hasn’t arrived, and I have no idea when it will. I will review the curtains honestly once they arrive, but dealing with this company is impossible—there's no customer care at all.
