I just spoke with the service regarding delivery issues. Since they switched to a call center and are no longer a UK company, it seems everything is made in China. I have a delivery problem that they keep updating via email, which is inadequate. It's nearing Christmas, and I ordered well in advance, expecting them to arrive in a few days. I had blinds done elsewhere with excellent service and quick responses. This service is lacking, and I’m uncertain if my curtains have even been made. I paid over £250 and am still waiting. A discount would be expected due to the delay and anxiety caused by having to keep calling.
