When I called to ask how to proceed, I was given a sales email and requested quotes based on Black Friday prices for four different fabrics. The initial response was quick but escalated without further communication. After emailing twice with no response, I called again, but the staff member seemed uninformed and kept discussing a 'goodwill discount.' I reiterated how the website states they would honor the discount. Eventually, she offered a 15% discount as goodwill, which is unacceptable since the Black Friday discount was significantly higher. She didn’t even know what the original discount was—very poor service!
